SHIPPING POLICY
We are happy to ship your new bike to where ever you are in the world. For our Canadian and US customers, we will ship your new bike for free!* We use Purolator and Fedex depending on where you live.
* Canadian and US customers - Your bike must be $500 or more in value before tax. Any customs fees are not included.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money within 30 days of original purchase date. We will also exchange your purchase within 30 days as well.
Please ensure you have all the original receipts and paperwork. Bike must be in new condition. Money will be refunded once product is verified it is in new condition. Money will be returned in the same manner product was purchased with ie. Visa, Mastercard, etc.
