    Our physical location is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada but our website is open 24/7.
  • Do you ship world wide?
    Yes! We ship all over the world. Shipping to US and Canada is free (except for customs fees) for any product over $500.
  • What brands do you carry?
    Right now, we sell 3 mountain bike brands: Trek, Giant and Rocky Mountain. We are always looking to expand and carry more product and brands. Be sure to visit regularly to see what we've added!
  • When did JR Cycle Shop start?
    We have been in the bike business since we could walk BUT we have been selling and maintaining bikes officially since 1998.
